Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Less strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and a great customer experience. We take great care while delivering our products and abide by the highest standards of quality. If the product you received is delivered in perfect condition, we will not be able to offer any returns or exchanges. However, if you’ve encountered any of the following such as error in size or the product you received has a genuine manufacturing/ quality defect, we will provide you with a replacement. All items can be exchanged within 10 days upon delivery of products. If you’ve received a defective product, we will be happy to, following a quality check, offer you a refund which will be processed in 7-10 working days (after the product gets to us). The refund shall be made through online/NEFT mode. Order once placed can be cancelled within 24hrs. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24hrs or once shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please email email@example.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the defective item. We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. We will typically make a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days. We will be unable to provide a refund if you have provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details or the package is refused by the recipient.
International Orders: Less will not be liable to provide a refund if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect the order from our Shipping agency.
